Ok, so I know that we don't have to make payment for our site accounts once we've put in a trouble ticket to have our website closed...

But there's a slight problem because the site I have asked to have closed/deactivated is on the same triple pack ($20.50 per month) as 2 other sites which I want to remain open.

The site hasn't been closed (I put in a trouble ticket a month ago) and I'm wondering if I should put in another trouble ticket to have my triple pack downgraded to a double.

Sorry to be a nuisance. I feel like a right royal pain...

Original ticket no. is 2758

And I just submitted another one regarding changing our account from a triple to a double pack.
That ticket no. is 2846

Good question. I am in a similar situation. Do we need to submit another ticket re chanding our account from a double to a normal one?
