I have not used the shopping cart for a while and now I'm stuck on how to open the payments section to see the sales. I am using the FC-CCCS credit card information but do noct know what to do with the informaiton. I have tried several times. I do have the correct passwork and id. Where do I go from here?

Sounds like you will take the information and manually process them through whom ever is your gateway... (payment processor)
