I added in the Settings section of the Status / Tracking a link that will run a one time merge of the old tracking information into the new system. it will not send emails out, it will just add the records to the new status / tracking system

Thanks BTW is there are way to fix it to where the customer DOES NOT get an order if they DO NOT complete the order by making payment? i get some customers that go all the way through and then not pay and then i get a nasty email saying i didnt purchase this
