I added in the Settings section of the Status / Tracking a link that will run a one time merge of the old tracking information into the new system. it will not send emails out, it will just add the records to the new status / tracking system

Thanks Tony I love this feature and all the other new features you added! Thanks BTW is there are way to fix it to where the customer DOES NOT get an order if they DO NOT complete the order by making payment? i get some customers that go all the way through and then not pay and then i get a nasty email saying i didnt purchase this
Would be hard the store has no way to know if they paid or not

They have appeared but taken forever to come up, usually takes a few seconds.

The emails go out in plain text not HTML. That way there is less chance the emails are interpreted as spam
