The USPS rate calculator has been upgraded to use their newest version (RateV4), there is nothing you need to do it is an internal code change.
USPS gave us until March 31. 2012 to upgrade so i did it now to avert the need for a last minute change. |

did you run any tests yourself? i just ran one and the shipping is showing up fine for me.
No changes were made to the UPS so not sure why they would have gotten any errors there. |

I'm getting the same, no rates for USPS and a shipping error for international orders. It was working fine but not now. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks www.littlekeepersleeper.com |

Hi Tony, This is the error message we are getting: Your store has detected an Error in shipper: USPS 1/5/2012 11:42:17 AM Shipper Error Report : USPS: Invalid XML Element content is invalid according to the DTD/Schema.Expecting:GXG, ValueOfContents.

| check the address to where that was going, the last one i looked at for someone the customer had the country of PR puerto rico when it should have been the US |

We were shipping from US to Canada when we received this error. How do I check this to make sure it shows US? Thanks |

if they live in canada and they put CA that should be fine, the example i gave was the customer gave the wrong country, didn't know where they lived i guess :)

I just went on my site www.littlekeepersleeper.com and placed an order to Ontario, Canada and once again received this error. City: Georgetown State: ON Zip Code: L7G5V7 Country: CA
Select Shipping: USPS Rates Error $0.00 UPS Worldwide Expedited $79.59 UPS $83.93 UPS Standard $20.25

I want the customer to be able to use First Class Mail for Intl orders but not for US domestic orders. I use priority mail USPS for domestic orders. Before this change it worked for first class intl and only priority mail us but not now. On the shipping settings I do not have anything checked Limit Ship-to Countries, since I do not restrict any countries.
Anything else it could be?

I have to look at this when i get back to office. not sure why international is not working for you, it worked in my tests prior to going live with the usps changes. also i can not control what usps will throw out for international package wise that's all them, so if that does change it is beyond my control
I didn't ask them to make a change, they are requiring the change to the code. |
